Privacy Policy

1. The Mission

Outdo is a high-performance HUD designed to track your execution, not your private life. We collect the minimum amount of data required to calculate your progress. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

2. Data We Collect

Identity

We use verified authentication providers (Google via Next-Auth). We store your email and name to sync your progress across devices.

Performance Data

We store the labels and progress values of your Cores, Goals, and Tasks. This is the raw data used to generate your HUD metrics.

3. Infrastructure & Security

We don't run this on a laptop in a basement. We use professional, industry-standard infrastructure:

Hosting: Powered by Vercel.

Database: Hosted on Railway.

Security: While we do not use additional application-level encryption for task names, our providers (Vercel and Railway) utilize Encryption at Rest and Encryption in Transit (SSL/TLS). Your data is protected by the same security standards used by major global tech companies.

4. Third-Party Sub-processors

To keep the HUD live, we share necessary data with these verified services:

  • Vercel: Frontend hosting and edge functions.
  • Railway: Backend logic and database storage.
  • Next-Auth: Secure session management and authentication.

5. Data Deletion (The Right to Vanish)

You own your data. If you want to purge your record from the system:

Request: Send an email from your registered account to outdomode@gmail.com.

Action: Once verified, we will manually delete your account and all associated performance data from our Railway database within 30 days.

6. Data Controller & Contact

7. Changes to this Policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page. Moving like a lost mf is not part of our roadmap, so we will always keep it direct.
